For all radio requests you need to speak to JayH (Jason).

For the icon, it's called a 'favicon'. You upload a 16px by 16px .ico file to your public_html directory then put

< link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" / >
in your code.
