Hello everyone, I am interested in hearing the very best music in the industry. I have been looking at many different artists and I find that I enjoy Trance and Drum n' Bass the most. I wish to provide as many slick mixes as I can to this commun
What's up Trance Emerson. In relation to your RMS question, are you creating tracks using hardware ie keyboards/synths/guitars/live drums etc and recording those onto a disk/tape system or your computer or are you using a computer based program like Fruity Studio or Cubase? Might be helpful in knowing how to answer your question. ;)
Also, the final RMS or Peak level of a track is usually attained in the mastering process, so if your tracks aren't being exported at that level, it is not necessarily a bad thing, in fact it's probably good. Thanks for the add!

I'm a music lecturer so i will try find out some good stuff for you about RMS. I hve alot of literature, it's a good challege for me to find out this in my mastering book for you.
Keep me on tabs, and keep reminding me dude, as i have a very busy schedule, but it would be good for me to find out b4 i go back and lecture in September.
